New features of release 3

The graphic setting of the main windows has been standardized and new search possibilities have been inserted .
 
In the Client Section, there a number of new fields have been added along with the possibility to visualize, the client’s location using the Google Maps tool,
now it is also possible to obtain a client’s statement, which includes all the client’s relevant details.
 
If the client is an agency, it is possible to visualize the people who come from the agency itself, the agreed percentage,
and the commission owed for the work done by one or all of the people represented by that agency.
 
In the People Section (ex Models) new fields have been added, such as the Categories field which :
- allows to assign different categories to the same model.
- the possibility to visualize a collection of all the notes regarding all the models inserted in  the events on the agenda
- more details in the statement, with the addition of a column regarding “rates not yet available” and the total amounts relative
to the previous and successive periods with respect to the period selected
- the possibility to set and visualize the total rate’s division between Model/Mother agency/Agency through the aid of a pie chart
- visualize all events of the Placement type for the chosen model
- store and visualize many types of documents related to the model (now also in video format) within e-booking,
- insert new information on the model’s family, the contract and its deadline, and the model’s bank account information

In the Pictures section, the list of models has been moved to the right of the screen as in the other windows,
and it’s now possible to change the dimensions of the set miniatures by changing the dimensions of the window itself.  
 
The Chart has also been modified so as to maximise the available space and functions.
A calendar  has also been added with indications on the current day and a notice for the internal messaging system.
From inside an event it’s possible to send text messages (sms) to the model indicating details and any relevant notes on the event itself: 
this avoids long telephone calls and errors regarding the person to contact.

For those who own a licence for web site management:
creation of separate .xml files for each category:  “people in town”, “new faces” and “all people” (ie. both men and women).
The web-sites will have to be modified in order to allocate these new functions:  however, compatibility with existing web sites Has been maintained
 
For those who own a licence for web visualization of the agenda (with static IP address):
will be allowed to consult their agenda “in read only mode” via a username and password..
